Seriously the past two days was crazy dumb on my part but at least I'm here. A 12 hour sleeper train from bangkok, then an hours rest in Laos before getting on the local 15 hour bus down to southern laos. Full of chickens in cages, cargo, and TVs blaring music all hours of the night. Then after THAT another 5 hour bus to the islands followed by a short boat ride. Packed about a weeks travel time into 33 hours using overnight buses that made my ass numb lol. It was brutal but now that I'm here without having to waste nights in places I didn't want to stay it all seems worth it. After all its hard to believe but I only have another month so wasting time isn't an option. Have lots of good old island fun posted soon. They added a place with wifi since I was here last which makes this alot easier :)
