- Koh Chang -

Breathtaking... My first true island expierence with white sand beaches, island bungalows, and clear turquoise waters. The ideal getaway for me and my favorite stay in 2011.

Picture

- Pattaya -

What to say about this place... The beaches are mediocre, food OK, but the nightlife omg. While focused more towards a seedier crowd the gogos and bars here offer about the craziest times you can have in the kingdom.

Picture

- Wat Sala Kaew Ku -

Simply the most amazing statues I've ever laid my eye's on, and very well one of the top 5 places on this journey. 100's of larger than life statues dot an amazing garden in this one of a kind temple...

Picture

- Nong Khai -

The gateway to Laos, Nong Khai offers a mix of quiet riverside scenery and bars along the riverside for some beers at night watching the sunset.

Picture

- Mukdahan -

Aside from Sangkhlaburi, this is probably my favorite place in thailand so ar. Unlike Sangkhlaburi where the surroundings are what makes it so great, here in Muk it's the small town feel and some truly amazing people.

Picture

- That Phanom -

Very nice riverside scenery, with laos on the other side. A relatively unknown port of entry to laos, this sleepy town of just a dozen or so blocks is surely a great place to relax and enjoy real thai life.

Picture

- Nakhon Phanom -

Larger than it's brother to the south, Nakhon stills remains a great place to stay beore entering laos and a pleasant attraction in it's own right.

Picture

- Phanom Rung -

Simply the best example of Khmer ruins in Thailand. Believed to be the actual blueprint for Angkor Wat itself, it along with the temples in Phimai were once part of a road connected to Angkor itself.

Picture

- Phimai -

Second only to Phanom Rung, these stunning temples offer the closest glimpse to Angkor Wat you can find in thailand. Real ancient Khmer ruins at there finest. Also here is the unearthly Sai Ngam, thailands largest grouping of banyan trees.

Picture

- Erawan Waterfalls -

Wonderful waterfalls of all sizes, culminating at the top where step 7 produces a waterfall hundreds of feet high mirroring anything seen in the movies.

Picture

- Wat Pho/ The Grand Palace -

Some of bangkok's finest temples and Buddha images, as well as the one and only Grand Palace which home to Thailand royal families for generations....

Picture

- Chaing Rai/ Chang Sean -

Laid back town and the very little cousin of Chiang Mai. The Golden Triangle

Picture

- Lopburi -

Monkeys, monkeys, baby monkeys, a temple, and more monkeys!

Picture

- Sukothai -

Capital of thailand in 14th century, home to a very large temple complex and some truly amazing buddha statues that have withstood the test of time.

Picture

Ayutthaya

Thailand's ancient capital and home to scores of ruins that will far exceed most expectations.... The ruins are devided into 6 main complexs, each with its own unique style ranging from thai to ancient khmer.....

Picture

Scenic ride through the forest on elephant back and a laid back drift down the river kwai

Bangkok

Temples, temples, temples.... Traffic, Traffic, Traffic....

Picture

Kanchanaburi

Amazing riverside scenery, fantastic people and an amazing blend of thai and western culture.

Amazing time with the tigers and tiger cubs of Tiger Kingdom!
