- Angkor Wat from the Sky -
The other worldly experience of seeing Angkor Wat, the worlds single largest religious monument in the world. For $15, you rise nearly 700ft and come upon the entire monument from overhead. For 10 minutes, its just you and the monument and nothing but a safety net between you. Only from here can you really see what they were trying to make. The towers in the center, the moat, all meant to be a physical realization of the hindu universe. People walking across the moat look like small bugs scattering about, and as you reach the top, when the entire moat comes into view all thats left is the giant square walled structure with towers dead center that they call Angkor Wat.
- Dolphin sighting in Kratie -
As the boat leaves, I'm not really sure what to expect and really not confident I'll see anything. Moving my camera from side to side bumping along with the boat to my shock it takes only minutes to see my first endangered dolphin. Popping out for just a brief second in full motion. I struggle to capture anything at all at first, always getting to the splash after the dolphin has left. Boats pass doing the same thing as me, and the dolphins could see to care less. Its seems the constant stream of boats has made them comfortable with them. If it wasn't for tourism, this trait would get them killed for sure so it makes me feel better knowing at least these few are safe. Finally after a few minutes, I have the camera at the right place when one comes up, and finally gets some really good pictures as it gallops through the water...

- Sunset on Don Khon Island -
Sitting on my balcony, overlooking the numerous colors coming through the clouds as the massive orange balls drops from view I really appreciate life on this island. It takes from about 5:30 to about 6:00pm and every minute matters. At the beginning the colors slowly change and time seems to stop, but before you know it the last minutes come and the sun just accelerates away and in the blink of an eye its gone. Theres something special about the ones here in SE asia, or maybe that its just theres room any time to enjoy them here. Either way, there the highlight of many places here for me.
- Slow boat from Huay Xai to Luang Prabang -
This long 2 day trip is hard to really capture and really wasn't what I expected. Most of the trip is merely caught on tape as the carious scenery along the river in different parts, along with some degree of what its like in the cramped inside. Eventually it took making my way to the cargo hold on the second day to really enjoy my time.
- The Gibbon Experience -
Quite simply the single greatest thing I have ever done. Zooming down the raw steel cable at 25+mph hearing the roar of what seems like a jet engine as your clamp grinds pure steel. Flying down, you feel like your trying flying in a movie as the entire forest canopy passes you by. I was privileged enough to be able to have my ride into and out of the amazing treehouses that were our homes for the 2 nights here. Hiking is a huge part and although hard, if you have the right guide it can be fun. Mine, Bon Mai, made everything amazing for all of us and his cocky skills on the wire made everyone actually more confident and made the first line all the more easy. Truly great time here.
- Nong Kiaow -
My favorite town in laos, the bike ride here and the panoramic view from the bridge say it all. Biking along the back roads passing great mountain views, small villages and farmland, nothing is greater than the wind in your face going downhill. On the bridge that separates the two sides of town, one of the greatest views in all of Indo-china is had, As the water cuts through the small delta like islands funneling between the V shaded curve of the mountains.
- Vang Vieng -
Floating down river on an old tractor inner tube, nothing seemed more relaxing at the time. Soaking up the view, listening to the water..... The only thing close was sitting in the hammock and reading a book next to the river! Floating down along past the riverside slides that are filled with drunk tourists later on, I'm glad I chose to go down now. Everything that I pass is nice and peaceful now will later be turned into a mob scene. Vang Vieng is a cross between west and east, which is not always a good thing when the sun goes down.

- Sunset Cruise -
Amazing boat ride to watch the sunset over the Thai-Lao Friendship bridge in Nong Khai. I'll be crossing it next week to enter Laos, but for now watching it glow on orange light will have to do...
- Mukdahan Nightmarket -
Every night at around 5pm in most Thai cities and towns, more people than you see in the town all day converge on giant night market versions of the street markets during the day. Quite amazing, and the one in mukdahan being so great I decided to video it.
- Mukdahan National Park ( Phu Pha Thoep ) -
Simply stunning rock formations in this old communist stronghold are sure to get the imagination going. Just how all these UFO shaped rock formations came to be made is up for debate, but proves all the same the power of nature to work its magic overtime. Starting from the top working my way back down the hill, the mass of rocks in all different shapes are on every side. Its really a mystery how these rocks were formed this way, back thats really what makes them interesting, there unique.
- Monkey's in Lopburi -
Amazing video of the monkey's of Lopburi. The locals here seem to have built up quite a nice sense of trust with them and is amazing to watch. I love Lopburi!
- Elephant Trek -
Long Video is up! Nice video of my trek along with a second short video towards the end of the trek with a few friends riding behind on some much bigger elephants.
- Bamboo Rafting and Speed Boat on River Kwai -
Scenic bamboo rating as well as an intense speed boat ride to where we got on the raft. With some friends from France I met along the way, we split the cost of the rafting and elephant trek.
- Erawan Waterfall, Step 1 -
The very beginning of the national park. The way up to the top where you see a movie like waterfall is a 2 hour hike straight up from this much smaller fall.
- View from Sugarcane Guesthouse in Kanchanaburi -
Simply amazing views from the guesthouse restaurant. Spent my nights here looking out and watching the sun go down.
- Night on the river of Ayutthaya -
Due to it being So dark, video came out a little grainy..... However you can certainly still see the beauty in the silhouetted temples glowing with orange light.... Amazing time going down river.
- River Kwai Bridge and Riding The Death Railway -
Working on shrinking these down. trying to get them under 100MB to be able to upload them.
